To make this passionfruit sauce you will need a tablespoon measure, a spoon and a whisk. Follow the steps below to make this delicious passionfruit coulis recipe:
Pour the tapioca starch into the water and mix to combine. Add the passionfruit pulp to a small saucepan as well as the honey. Bring to a medium heat, whisking to combine. Once warm, pour the tapioca liquid into the saucepan. Whisk straight away to combine. Continue whisking until glossy and slightly thickened. Remove from the heat and transfer to a heat proof jar.
