- bananas - coconut beverage - frozen mango - tahini
- chia seeds - buckwheat groats (optional)
Ingredients
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Add the frozen mango, banana, chia seeds, coconut beverage and tahini to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Serve the mango banana smoothie.
Pour the creamy mango banana smoothie into glass tumblers and serve topped with extra mango, chia seeds and buckwheat groats.
Storage
This smoothie is best consumed when made, however leftover mango smoothie can be stored in an airtight glass jar with the lid on, in the fridge for 1-2 days. Or freeze leftover smoothie in ice block moulds.
