To make the lemon tahini dressing, add the lemon juice, tahini, water, sea salt, dijon mustard and honey to a bowl.
Whisk the ingredients together until they are smooth, thick and creamy.
Use the lemon tahini dressing to dress your favorite salads or use as a dipping sauce.
Store in a glass airtight container with the lid on or in a glass jar with the lid firmly fixed. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
