- frozen bananas - frozen raspberries - rolled oats
- almond milk - hemp seeds - almond butter
Ingredients
Make the banana layer.
Add the frozen banana, hemp seeds, almond butter, oats and half of the almond milk to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour half of the smoothie mixture between two glasses.
Make the berry layer.
To the remaining half of the smoothie add the raspberries and the remaining almond milk. Blend until smooth and then pour into banana smoothie to create a swirl effect.
Serve.
Serve topped with extra berries and toasted granola (if desired). Drink straight away.
