Life is a lot easier when there is minimal washing up after dinner, because who needs to spend their life doing dishes? Healthy dinners without the fuss is what Iโ€™m all about! All of these recipes have everything you need to make a complete meal โ€“ protein, complex carbohydrates in the form of veggies and healthy fats.ย 

Maybe you didnโ€™t know that you could make chicken fajitas on a sheet pan or satisfy that pasta craving with a simplified one pot lasagna? Or that you could cook chicken and rice together in one pan? There are so many recipes here to get you inspired.

My Favourites?

Myย Quick and Healthy Sheet Pan Moroccan Chickenย has skin on chicken thighs cooked on the same tray as the vegetables and then served with a zesty herby sauce.ย 

Thisย Sheet Pan Salmon and Asparagusย has the most delicious roasted parmesan potatoes! You really need to try them!

If you love the sound of leeks, bacon, garlic, white wine and butter then you will love this Butter Bean Casserole. Made in just 30 minutes, this quick and easy dinner recipe is a delicious mid-week life saver.
