Pebble ice

Instructions
Add the sliced strawberry to a glass tumbler.
Fill the glass tumbler with pebble ice.
Add the elderflower syrup and lemon juice and then fill the glass with sparkling water. Use a swizzle stick to stir the drink.
Top with mint leaves and a strawberry and serve straight away.
