Ingredients

ripe avocados
1/4
teaspoon
sea salt flakes

lime
juiced

red onion
finely diced
Instructions
Slice the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a medium sized mixing bowl.
Add the lime juice and salt to the bowl.
Use a potato masher or fork to mash until you achieve your desired consistency and texture.
Give the guacamole a stir and then top with more lime juice to keep the top from browning. Serve as desired.
