- raw cashews - sea salt flakes - smoked paprika
- lime juice - water - chipotle chili powder
Soak the cashews.
Add the cashews to a small bowl and top with water to soak.
Add chipotle dipping sauce ingredients to blender.
Add the soaked cashews, paprika, chipotle powder, water, lime juice and salt to a high-powered blender.
Blend until the vegan chipotle dipping sauce is smooth and creamy.
Serve as a dipping sauce to French fries or sweet potato fries, or use to top burritos, nachos or tacos.
