- strawberries - green apples - vanilla extract - rolled oats

Make the fruit filling.
Add the diced apples to a large saucepan along with water and vanilla extract. Stir and simmer until the apples begin to soften. Add the strawberries and tapioca flour and stir, simmering until fruit is soft and gooey.
Make the crumble topping.
Next make the crumble topping by mixing together the dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients. Mix together until well combined.
Assemble the strawberry apple crumbles.
Divide the fruit among 5 ramekins and top with the rolled oats mixture.
Place the ramekins on a baking tray and bake until the crumble is golden and crisp.
Serve topped with custard, vanilla ice cream or yogurt.
