- raw walnut halves - honey
- sea salt
Add the honey and sea salt to a medium saucepan on a medium-low heat. Once the honey is bubbling turn off the heat.
Add the walnuts.
Add the walnut halves and stir to combine until all of the walnuts are coated evenly.
Bake the Honey Candied Walnuts.
Tip the walnuts out onto a parchment paper lined baking tray and spread out into a single layer.
Allow to cool.
Once the walnuts are golden brown, remove from the oven and allow to completely cool before using.
Store the cooled honey candied walnuts in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks. Eat as a delicious snack or use to add to salad, cheese platters or crumbled over ice cream.
