Gingerbread Granola

- rolled oats - pecans - sunflower seeds

- honey - ground ginger - olive oil

Ingredients

Mix the wet ingredients.

First add the oil and honey to a small bowl and whisk until well combined.

Mix dry ingredients.

Add the rolled oats, pecans, sunflower seeds and ginger powder to a large mixing bowl and mix to combine.

Make granola mixture.

Pour the oil mixture into the dry mixture and stir well to combine. Tip the granola mixture into a large baking dish.

Bake.

Bake the granola until golden and crisp. Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool.

Storage

Store the granola in an airtight container or jar at room temperature.
