- coconut yogurt (unsweetened) - Lebanese cucumbers - Lemon juice
- fresh garlic cloves - sea salt flakes - fresh dill
Remove excess liquid from cucumber.
First, grate the cucumbers using a box grater. Place them into a sieve atop a large mixing bowl. Use your fist to press the excess liquid out of the cucumber.
Add dairy free tzatziki ingredients to a bowl.
Add the strained cucumber to a mixing bowl along with the coconut yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, fresh dill and sea salt. Whisk to combine.
Serve the dairy free tzatziki with a selection of vegetable sticks and warmed pita, drizzle over salads or use to spread onto burgers, sandwiches or wraps.
Store the dairy free tzatziki in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4-5 days.
