Cranberry Smoothie

- oranges - fresh or frozen cranberries - frozen banana - Manuka honey

- collagen powder - almond milk - hemp seeds

Ingredients

Add all ingredients to a blender jug.

Add the oranges, frozen bananas, frozen cranberries, collagen powder, almond milk and honey to a blender jug.

Blend until smooth.

Blend the smoothie until smooth and creamy with no lumps. Pour into two glass tumblers to serve.

Serve.

Serve topped with more cranberries, a drizzle of Manuka honey and a sprinkle of hemp seeds.
