- chia seeds - coconut milk beverage
- cacao - maple syrup - toppings of choice
Add ingredients to a bowl.
To make the chocolate chia pudding add the chia seeds, cacao powder, maple syrup and coconut milk to a mixing bowl.
Whisk the chocolate chia pudding mixture.
Whisk the ingredients together until the chia seeds begin to thicken. Continue whisking to avoid lumps.
Refrigerate to set.
Once the mixture starts to thicken, divide between four small jars. Place the lid on firmly and refrigerate to set.
Store in the glass jars with lids on in the fridge for 4 days. Top with your favorite toppings before serving.
