Burrata Salad with Figs

To make this beautiful burrata salad, start by scattering arugula onto a serving platter. Top with basil leaves, figs ripped in half, strips of prosciutto and a ball of burrata cheese.

Add dressing to burrata salad.

Drizzle the salad with balsamic glaze and extra virgin olive oil. Use a knife to slice open the burrata ball and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.

Serve.
