Banana Chia Pudding

- chia seeds - coconut milk beverage - coconut yogurt

- banana - maple syrup - cinnamon powder - toppings of choice


Add ingredients to a bowl.


To make the banana chia pudding add the chia seeds, cinnamon powder, maple syrup and coconut milk to a mixing bowl.

Whisk the banana chia pudding mixture.


Whisk the ingredients together until the chia seeds begin to thicken. Continue whisking to avoid lumps.

Add the banana & yogurt.


Add the mashed banana and coconut yogurt to the bowl and whisk to combine.

Refrigerate to set.


Cover the banana chia pudding mixture and refrigerate for one hour or until set.


Divide the chia pudding between individual serving size jars or airtight containers. Refrigerate for up to 3 days.
