Prepare glasses by adding sugar to a small shallow bowl and lime juice to a second small shallow bowl. Place the rim of the glass into the lime juice and then into the sugar to create the sugar rim.
Now prepare the rosemary garnish by rinsing it under running water briefly. Tap the rosemary sprig into the bowl of sugar so that it is coated and looks like it has been snowed on.
One third fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add the vodka, contreau, lime juice and cranberry juice to the shaker. Place the lid on and shake vigorously to combine.
Add ice spheres to the sugar rimmed glass. Top with the cocktail mix and then top with soda water.
Add the dehydrated orange slices to the top of the glass and then top with the rosemary sprig. Serve straight away.
