This is the perfect Summer Berry Salad to serve at brunch alongside pancakes, bacon and eggs and yogurt or for a healthy dessert over yogurt or ice cream.

Wash all of the berries well. Pour onto paper towel or a clean tea towel and gently pat dry. Or leave in the colander to dry.
Remove the tops from the strawberries and slice in half lengthways.
Add the sliced strawberries as well as the blueberries, raspberries and blackberries to a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle over the rose water and maple syrup. Stir through with a large spoon so that all of the berries are coated in the maple syrup and rose water mix.
Serve topped with mint, alongside vanilla yogurt or ice cream.
