manuka honey

Instructions
Add all of the ingredients, except for the hemp seeds, to a high speed blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Serve smoothie straight away topped with extra cranberries, an extra drizzle of manuka honey and a sprinkle of hemp seeds.
