Ingredients

oranges
washed and skin removed

carrots
washed, ends removed

pineapple
including core, skin removed

knob
turmeric
peeled

ginger
peeled

teaspoon
manuka honey
Instructions
Add the oranges, carrots, pineapple, turmeric and ginger to the cold pressed juicer as per manufacturers instructions.
Add manuka honey and stir to combine. Juice can be added to a 1.5 or 2 litre jar, along with manuka honey and shaken to combine if easier.
Serve straight away or store in airtight glass jars in the fridge for up to four days.
