You will need: - spelt flour - butter - rapadura sugar - baking powder - vanilla extract - salt - chocolate chips - egg
Use electric beaters to cream the butter & sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract and beat for another 2 minutes.
Cream butter & sugar.
Add the spelt flour and baking powder and beat to combine.
Stir through the chocolate chips.
Add choc chips.
Use a cookie scoop or spoon to scoop cookie dough and roll into balls. Place onto a tray and bake for 14 minutes or until golden.
