- raw shrimp - mango - avocado - Romaine lettuce
- sea salt - olive oil - garlic powder -onion powder - paprika
Ingredients
Marinade & grill the shrimp.
Add the spices and olive oil to a large bowl. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Grill the shrimp in a hot fry pan until cooked through.
Make Chilli Lime Dressing.
Add all of the dressing ingredients to a glass jar. Place the lid on and shake vigorously.
Thinly slice the mango.
Thinly slice the mango and remove from the skin using a glass tumbler.
Assemble the Shrimp Mango Salad.
Layer the grilled prawns, avocado, mango and lettuce and then drizzle with the lime dressing.
