- Jasmine rice - brown onion - broccoli - cucumber - radish - tamari
- ground chicken - green onions - sesame oil - hoisin sauce - garlic
Make the Asian sauce.
To make the sauce, add the hoisin, tamari, sesame oil and garlic to a bowl and whisk to combine.
Brown the chicken.
Sauté the onion in a frypan with olive oil. Add the chicken and brown. Add the sauce and stir through to evenly coat.
Assemble the ground chicken rice bowl.
Serve the ground chicken over cooked white rice, topped with cucumber slices, radish slices, thinly sliced green onions and blanched broccoli.
Store in the glass jars with lids on in the fridge for 4 days. Top with your favorite toppings before serving.
