- coconut yogurt (unsweetened) - rolled oats - chia seeds - hemp seeds
- almond milk - pure maple syrup - frozen fruit of choice - fresh berries
Ingredients
Add dry ingredients to small jars.
Add 1 teaspoon hemp seeds, 1 teaspoon chia seeds and 1/2 cup of rolled oats to each jar.
Add the wet ingredients to the oats mixture.
Add the almond milk and maple syrup to each jar and stir to combine.
Top with frozen fruit.
Top with your favorite frozen fruit (I would recommend mango, strawberries, raspberries or pineapple). Place the lids on the jars and refrigerate overnight to set.
Serve the frozen fruit overnight oats.
To serve the overnight oats, top with yogurt, fresh berries and toasted almonds or any of your favorite toppings.
Storage
Store the overnight oats in the fridge for up to 4 days in airtight jars or glass containers.
