Chili Lime Dressing

- lime juice - lime zest - chili - fish sauce - maple syrup

- avocado oil - sea salt - tamari

Ingredients

Add ingredients to a bowl.

Add the fish sauce, tamari, lime juice, lime zest, maple syrup and chili to a bowl. Whisk to combine.

Slowly add the avocado oil.

Slowly pour the avocado oil into the bowl while whisking. Whisk until the oil and other liquids no longer seperate.

Storage

Pour the dressing into a glass jar and firmly fix the lid on. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week. The oil will solidify in the fridge, place the glass jar in a bowl of warm water to liquify the oil. Shake before serving.
