Avocado Green Goddess Dressing
A fresh, zangy, herbaceous salad dressing that is thick and creamy. It can be used as a dip, spread or dressing.

Ingredients

avocado
seed and skin removed

fresh herbs
like parsley, basil, tarragon etc

clove
garlic

coconut yoghurt

lemon juice

teaspoon
sea salt
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients into a high-powered blender or food processor. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
1 large avocado,
1 cup fresh herbs,
1 clove garlic,
¼ cup coconut yoghurt,
80 mL lemon juice,
¼ teaspoon sea salt
If a thinner dressing is desired, add 1-2 tablespoons of water and blend again.
Taste and add more salt if desired.
Serve over your favourite salad, to top fritters or nourish bowls!

Storage
Store in an airtight container or glass jar with a lid in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Use
Use as a dip, spread or dressing.
Dress your favourite salads with green goddess dressing.
Add to a platter with vegetable sticks and crackers.
Spread over toast.

To make low FODMAP, omit garlic.
