Peanut Butter Chocolate Bliss Balls
A delicious and healthy snack, these peanut butter chocolate bliss balls are made using whole food ingredients. They are gluten free, dairy free, vegan and plant based.

Ingredients

peanut butter
natural
1 ½

desiccated coconut
½
cup
sesame seeds

extra virgin cold pressed coconut oil

medjool dates
pitted

quality dark chocolate
Instructions
Place peanut butter, desiccated coconut, sesame seeds, coconut oil and medjool dates and blend until well combined.
1 cup peanut butter,
1 ½ cups desiccated coconut,
½ cup sesame seeds,
2 tablespoons extra virgin cold pressed coconut oil,
12 medjool dates
Roughly break up the chocolate and add to the food processor.
100 grams quality dark chocolate
Pulse the mixture until the chocolate is just combined.
Roll into balls and place in an airtight container or jar and store in the fridge.

Storage
Store in an airtight container for approximately 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
