To whip the goats cheese, add to a food processor and blend one high until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a small bowl and drizzle top with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle black sesame seeds on top.
Add the pistachios to a small dish and place onto charcuterie board along with bowl of whipped goats chèvre.
Next add the cheese to opposite sides of the board .
Begin arranging the prosciutto slices and salami slices around the cheeses and bowls.
Fan out the crackers to hug the bowls on the board.
Finish by filling in the gaps with strawberries, cherries and radish halves.

Storage
A charcuterie board is best served and eaten straight away. If you have leftovers wrap each individual cheese in cling film or a beeswax wrap. Then wrap the entire board in cling film or a beeswax wrap. It's best to wrap cheeses separately first to prevent them from drying out.
Serving
Serve with your favourite wine or non-alcoholic beverage, like kombucha, kefir or lime and mineral water. You may wish to serve with two small plates or simply eat straight from the board.
